Andrew Carberry BSc (hons), MRICS, mSCSI Andrew is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Andrew is a sole practitioner, managing all aspects of the business. Andrew specialises in Commercial Agency, Valuations, Acquisitions, Rent Reviews and Rating Appeals. Having worked at the forefront of the commercial property market in Dublin with over 9 years experience, Andrew has built up an extensive network of contacts. He was an Associates Director at Bannon Commerical having specialised in the retail sector for a number of years.
