Our range of services is as diverse as the range of clients we serve. However, they can be split into three distinct groups of Consultancy, Management and Agency.

Fundamentally, we see ourselves as Property Consultants and focus on Professional Services and Strategic Management. We offer a full range of Brokerage services but these are normally delivered in conjunction with Asset Management and other services. The suite of services is geared firmly towards lenders, receivers/liquidators, investors and occupiers. We do not see ourselves as a developer led practice. Accordingly, our service is typically centred around Consultancy and Strategic advice, creating added value for our clients and for building long lasting relationships for us.

Technical expertise should come as standard with any Property Consultancy and we are very proud of the level of technical expertise that we can offer clients. Many of our Partners are at the top of the profession playing influential roles at a local, regional and indeed, national basis.

Our services are delivered by Senior Partners within our organisation that call upon and use the services of other colleagues, as and when required. However, all services are led by Senior Partners and thus, all clients can be assured of a high level of attention.
As a Partnership, our clients receive genuine independent advice. We take conflict of interest issues very seriously and at all times, strive to offer objective and clear advice.
