Peter is in practice on his own account there from January 1997 and has a broad established business dealing in commercial, residential and land matters. He is a panel commercial and residential valuer for the main lending institutions and is widely regarded as one of the leading valuers in the North Eastern Region providing professional services to the private and public sectors. Peter has a wide network of contacts in the property field. A past president of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers he has also served on Council for the Society of Chartered Surveyors.
