Power and Associates, Commercial Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors, incorporated in 1993, was established by PJ Power to provide commercial property consultancy and valuation services working throughout the Midwestern, Southern, Western and Midland regions of Ireland. Power & Associates the team includes three Chartered Surveyors and two graduates together with accounting expertise in the area of asset and property management.
Power & Associates Chartered Valuation Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants specialise in the provision of commercial property consultancy services including valuations, rent reviews, development appraisals, rating valuation, property management, property administration including property receivership and general property agency work including the letting and disposal of property.
Power and Associates’ client base includes a diverse range of Local Authorities, State Agencies, Property Developers, Landlords and Tenants.

PJ Power MSCSI, MRICS, MIPFMA, ACIArb – Managing Director
PJ is the Managing Director of the company with responsibility for the management of the Commercial and Professional Services Department. PJ Power is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and he is also a Member of Irish Property & Facility Management Association. PJ has an extensive network of contacts having worked with a national property company for over 10 years prior to incorporating Power Associates. PJ has acted for a variety of companies and organisations both in the public and private sectors including Local Authorities, Semi State Companies, Development Agencies, Third Level Institutes, Financial Institutions, Developers, Landlords and Tenants.
PJ is responsible for the provision of professional services within the office including valuations, commercial agency investment appraisal, acquisitions, rent reviews, acting as Arbitrator and Independent Expert and property consultancy with particular reference to asset and property management.
