Rory Lavelle M.A., FRICS, FSCS, ACIArb Rory is the Director of the company with the responsibility for running the Commercial and Professional Services Department and is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Rory has an extensive network of contacts having worked in Dublin for many years and since moving to Jordan Auctioneers and Chartered Surveyors has acted for such names as NUI Maynooth, Oral B, Kildare County Council, The National Stud, and Aldi Stores (Ireland) Limited, where he has acquired more than 30 stores across a wide geographical area throughout the country. Rory areas of specialisation include Valuations, Commercial Agency, Investment Appraisal, Acquisitions, Rent Reviews, Rating Appeals, CPO, and he is also an experienced Property Arbitrator.
