With acquisitions our objective is to find you the right space be it freehold or leasehold and agree the best possible deal. We carefully establish your specific requirements by seeking to understand your short, medium and long term objectives. We then undertake a comprehensive search of the market and fully utilise our extensive office network and contacts throughout the industry. We will present a detailed report of our findings and in consultation with you draw up a short list of the properties that best fit your requirements. Thereafter we will enter into negotiations to conclude a deal on the most favourable terms possible. We will liase closely with other advisers and solicitors through to completion and at all times keep you the client fully informed. We can advise on due diligence and work with your fit-out teams to finalise a space that is ready for occupation or letting.
