Arbitration & Expert Witness


The Arbitration process is frequently used in the resolution of property related disputes such as Rent Reviews. We have a number of experienced Arbitrators undertaken a broad range of disputes across the country and over a broad spectrum of property types.

Many of our Partners are active Arbitrators and are frequently called upon to act both as advocates and Arbitrators for rent review and property disputes. In this respect, we have been involved in a number of high profile Arbitrations and can rightly claim to have a high degree of expertise and experience in this area.
In addition, many of our Partners have been called upon to act as Expert Witness in proceedings and can be relied upon to provide clear objective informed evidence.
